Almost every corporate event we do has some form of awards ceremony or awards. Often it is a day with a conference, general meeting or a management meeting that ends with an awards ceremony and gala dinner. When we do galas or gala dinners, it is often all about gold and glitter. We do spectacular lighting, pyrotechnics and confetti, digital graphics with gala themes and sound systems with real pressure, perfect for galas!

In addition to the technical solution, our decoration department delivers red carpets, Oscar statuettes and gigantic crystal chandeliers. Everything you need for a gala dinner!

Our services for Gala Dinners

These are the departments that are usually involved when we organize a gala dinner:

Sound technology

Our sound department supplies all the sound technology needed to organize a gala. We have wireless handheld microphones, head-mics, drones and podium mics. We have large and small speaker systems and the latest DJ equipment. We also have all the technology needed for bands, artists and entertainment. Our sound engineers are used to all types of entertainment and have worked with most of Sweden's most famous artists, from Måns Zelmerlöw and Norlie KKV to Molly Sandén and Kaliffa, among others.

Lighting technology

The lighting department delivers gala lighting with ambient lighting and stage lighting for shows and artists. We also make pyrotechnic solutions with heavy smoke, carbon dioxide ice, co2 jets, streamers, sparklers and confetti. Our lighting technicians will design a light show together with you that rewards your winners!

Video technology

Galas are often synonymous with ambitious Video solutions. Why not present your winners on a 30m wide video panorama? Or on a high-resolution LED screen? No matter what suits your gala best, we have the solution. Together with the display solution, we deliver video mixers, driving computers, clickers, preview screens and more. We also deliver complete camera solutions with steadicams, dolly cameras and remote cameras.

Decor & Scenography

A really good gala often also has really good scenography and design. We deliver the red carpet, entrance pillars, Oscar statuettes, stage flowers and other types of scenographic elements typical of galas.

Carpentry

Does your gala need a design element that our decoration department doesn't have on the shelf? No problem. Our carpentry department produces custom-made decor for all different galas and award ceremonies. It can be a logo in Styrofoam or wood for the stage or entrance, custom-built podiums or photo environments. Contact us to see what we can come up with for your particular project!

Print

Print is a common order for galas and award ceremonies. It often involves company logos as cut-out decals for podiums and podiums. It can also be different types of printed banners for stages and environments or custom-printed photo walls. The print department also makes badge walls, foil for floors and walls and window foils.

Project management

Our project managers are used to galas and award ceremonies and are used to handling the confidentiality of nominations and winners that must be kept secret until just the right moment. At EDGE you get a project manager who coordinates the delivery from all our departments and you get ONE contact point and sounding board from idea to implementation. The project manager ensures that your visions are realized while you have full control over all costs throughout the entire process.

Visualization

Visualizing your project with drawings and 3D sketches is a very effective way to get an idea of the end result even before the first truck has left our warehouse. We are proud to be able to say that we draw what we deliver as our 3D department makes incredibly realistic renderings of our upcoming projects and solutions.

Graphic Production

For our image solutions for galas, we also produce material both before and after the event. We produce jingles, bumpers and intros for screens of various types and our graphic designers have good knowledge of which file formats and settings work best on different types of screens. After the event, we also help with cutting and editing recorded video material from camera solutions.
