Transport & Logistics

Our logistics department stores our products in a 3,000 square meter warehouse in Bredden north of Stockholm. With both our own trucks and partners for long-distance transport, we choose the most cost-effective and delivery-reliable transport solution for your project. By combining deliveries from all our departments in the same trucks, we can reduce the number of transports to and from each event, thereby creating sustainability and minimizing our CO2 footprint.

Although most of our work takes place in the Stockholm area and surrounding areas, we deliver solutions throughout Sweden, Europe and the world. Through a well-established logistics department with dedicated employees and close cooperation with international players in freight and transport, we ensure that our equipment arrives safely and on time. Regardless of whether we are in Malmö or Madrid.

Our services in logistics

Here are some examples of services that we offer in logistics:

Central warehouse in the Stockholm area of over 3000 m2

Our logistics department is based in our office and main warehouse in Bredden just north of Stockholm. Here we store almost all of our equipment since a large part of our business is based in Stockholm and central Sweden. This is also where our carpentry production, print workshop and a customer warehouse are located where we handle customers' materials in connection with event productions.

Transportation with our own trucks and trailers

With our own fleet of trucks and trailers, we handle most of our own deliveries with our own drivers and cars. On occasions when many productions are happening at the same time, we seek help from our partners who have a good understanding and insight into the special conditions imposed on the transport of event material.

Long-distance transport with partners

Another occasion when we go to partners instead of using internal resources is when we need to transport things out into Europe and the world. We have extensive experience in establishing events and expos abroad and know what challenges you can expect. Together with you, our project manager and transport manager will develop a solution that suits both needs and budget.

Warehousing and handling of customer material

At our warehouse north of Stockholm, we handle customer material before, after and between events. It can often be smarter and easier to ship event materials to us before an event and we will send it in the same logistics solution as the rest of our material to your event.
