A project manager throughout the entire process

With us, you get a project manager who will be your point of contact throughout the entire process. From your idea to our finished delivery. The project manager coordinates the collaboration between our departments and ensures that your vision is realized with cutting-edge expertise in each position, while you always have full control over every cost.

Behind each project manager is an entire organization

The project manager works internally with our department heads, each of whom is an expert in their own field. The project manager conveys your vision and your wishes to all our departments and they then return to the project manager with complete solutions from each department.

The project manager's job is then to coordinate all these solutions into a production flow and a budget and to maintain an ongoing dialogue with you as the client. The project manager ensures that all departments are informed of changes and updates in the project.

All planning is handled in our own developed project management system. Here, all information about your project is stored with us and if the unlikely scenario arises that your project manager, for some reason, is unable to complete his work on your project, a colleague can quickly familiarize himself with the project.

When it is time for implementation, the project manager ensures that all personnel involved on our side are briefed and understand the conditions and solutions of your project. The project manager also ensures that all personnel have been given access to production plans, drawings and running schedules. If needed, the project manager is also on site during establishment, implementation and demolition.

After implementation, the project manager has a meeting with you to review the project and implementation. The project manager then compiles the invoice documentation for approval and archives all project documents in our project management system, ready to be used as a basis for your next project with us.
