Swedish Steel Prize 2023
The Swedish Steel Prize is an international award for ideas and products in the steel industry. The prize has been awarded over 20 times and in 2023 we were entrusted by PS Occasion and SSAB to develop and deliver design and technology for this year's edition at Stockholm Waterfront. The assignment covered a complete solution for the stage in A1, an exhibition and networking space in M1, breakout sessions in conference rooms, and branding and framing of entrances and other areas.
The A1 solution was a V-shaped multi-level stage with a high-resolution LED wall backdrop at 1.9 mm pitch. The LED wall was framed with physical set design and a lighting rig featuring Clay Paky fixtures and our own Edgetron fixtures.
For A1 we also delivered a camera production with Steadicam and a sound reinforcement complement to the house system, adding subwoofers, additional wireless, audio mixing and our own sound engineers.
In M1 we built an exhibition with stands, TV columns and a large custom-built three-sided sign as the centrepiece.
