Snabba Cash - The Music Event
In the spring of 2021, the Netflix series Snabba Cash, based on Jens Lapidus' books of the same name, was launched. The series quickly became a success and the music played in the episodes also received a lot of attention. So much attention that Netflix decided to make a special episode with performances by the artists whose music is featured in the series.The event agency Le Pacte, which was commissioned to produce the episode, chose to record the episode in our Studio Flex at Quality Hotel Straberry Arena.
Our assignment was to record the program, deliver sound technology to meet all the artists' needs, and design and run lighting and video for the artists: Mwuana, Timbuktu, Stor, Linda Pira, Silvana Imam, Erik Lundin, Lilla Namo and Greekazo & 1.Cuz.

Our delivery
To this project we delivered:SoundThe sound department based its work on the sound technology we had in place in Studio Flex and supplemented it with monitors, in-ear systems, more wireless microphones and a monitor technician who took care of the artists' listening during the recording.
LightTo create six different lighting setups for the different artists, the lighting department added about 30 moving floor fixtures and 48 Astera Titan Tubes. All the light shows were time-coded with SMPTE code to ensure everything was completely in sync with the recording.
VideoThe Video department supplemented its existing imaging solution with a steadicam.
Project ManagementPrior to delivery and once on site, the delivery and construction were coordinated by our project manager Mikael "Snobben" Jonasson.
