Corporate events in several of Stockholm's finest venues

Netlight 2019

When Netlight was gathering all its employees for a conference, activities and party, we were commissioned by PS Occasion to deliver technology and design to several of Stockholm's finest event venues.

The day began with a live concert with Hoffmaestro at Café Opera, where we supplemented the venue's technology with more sound and lighting. Then to China Teatern, where most things ran on house technology but we supplemented with sound and decor.

From China Teatern, the group did crowd karaoke at Norrmalmstorg before heading off on more activities during the afternoon.

In the evening everyone arrived at Stadshuset (Stockholm City Hall), where we set up a dinner in Blå Hallen with lighting, façade projections and audio. Up in Gyllene Salen we built a nightclub environment with sound, lighting and decor.

The next day the whole group reassembled at Stockholm Waterfront, where we supplemented the house technology with a new video solution, more lighting, LED lighting and a custom-built stage with a jungle theme.

Our delivery

For this project we delivered:

  • Sound

    Speaker systems, wireless microphones, live band equipment, DJ equipment, audio mixing and technical crew for all venues in the project. Read more about sound

  • Light

    Lighting and supplementary equipment for Café Opera, Blå Hallen, Gyllene Salen and Waterfront. The most extensive delivery was to Blå Hallen in Stadshuset, where we combined over 100 Astera Titan Tubes and over 100 Astera AX3 with the venue's already substantial rig. Read more about light

  • Decor & Set Design

    Stages and scenography for several of the venues. The standout was the massive jungle stage at Waterfront. Read more about decor & set design

  • Carpentry

  • Project Management
